Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (INDV) · Oct 29, 2026 · Earnings
Beat — Diluted EPS $1.12 vs ~$1.06 consensus; revenue $356M vs ~$329M consensus
Indivior’s Q3 earnings beat consensus, led by 22% SUBLOCADE growth and record margins, while the Supernus merger nears closing.
Indivior is in the middle of a deliberate shift toward SUBLOCADE, its long-acting opioid-use-disorder treatment, while preparing to combine with Supernus into a broader CNS-focused company. SUBLOCADE already represents the core growth engine, accounting for roughly three-quarters of revenue in the latest pre-filing period.
The quarter was a genuine beat, not just a record-setting presentation. Revenue of $356 million exceeded the published consensus of roughly $329 million, while diluted EPS of $1.12 topped estimates around $1.06. The filing’s comparison point is also strong: revenue rose 13% year over year and adjusted EBITDA jumped 76%.
| Q3 2026 | Q3 2025 | Consensus | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Net revenue (Financial Results) | $356M (+13%) | $314M | ~$329M |
| Total SUBLOCADE revenue (Selected revenue information) | $267M (+22%) | $219M | |
| Diluted EPS (Financial Results) | $1.12 | $0.33 | ~$1.06 |
| Adjusted EBITDA (Adjusted EBITDA) | $211M (+76%) | $120M |
The important operating signal is that growth is still being driven by volume, not only pricing. Total SUBLOCADE revenue reached $267 million, with U.S. revenue up 24% and dispense-unit volume up 17%; favorable price/mix and gross-to-net adjustments helped as well. That supports the central business transition the company has been pursuing, although the filing does not establish how much of the quarter’s margin improvement is sustainable after one-time adjustments.
Profitability materially outpaced the top line. GAAP operating expenses fell 33% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA margin reached 59%, up 2,100 basis points. This is better than simply growing sales: the company is converting SUBLOCADE scale and cost reductions into much higher earnings.
The outlook is effectively reaffirmed, but only briefly useful as an Indivior standalone forecast. Management says it remains on track for its previously communicated 2026 ranges, including $1.295 billion–$1.365 billion of revenue and $700 million–$740 million of adjusted EBITDA. However, the merger is expected to close on November 2, after which the standalone guidance no longer applies. 〔0〕
The balance sheet is ready for the handoff, but the transaction remains the next business event. Cash and investments were $332 million at quarter-end, while the company had already disclosed that the all-stock Supernus merger was expected to close November 2. 〔1〕 The filing therefore strengthens the operating case being handed into the combination, rather than changing the merger thesis itself.
Bottom line: Indivior delivered a clean operational beat, with SUBLOCADE growth and cost control driving an unusually large profitability step-up. It matters because the core business is entering the Supernus combination from a stronger position, even though the standalone outlook is about to disappear.
