Warrant delisting — NYSE cited “abnormally low selling price” levels
Eve Holding’s delisting filing confirms EVEXW trading is suspended, while the company’s common stock remains listed and unaffected.
Eve is still a development-stage eVTOL company advancing its aircraft through flight testing and certification, with customer deliveries not expected until 2027.
This is a warrant-market cleanup, not a setback to the aircraft program. The NYSE suspended EVEXW and began delisting proceedings because of “abnormally low selling price” levels. 〔0〕 The warrant remains exercisable for one EVEX share at $11.50, but its public trading venue is being removed. 〔1〕
The filing adds little new information because the exchange announced the action on October 22. By the time Eve filed on October 26, the direction was already public, making this confirmation rather than a fresh strategic or operating surprise.
The core listing remains intact. Eve explicitly says trading in EVEX will be unaffected and will continue on the NYSE, subject to the company meeting its other continued-listing requirements.
Bottom line: This removes liquidity and exchange visibility from EVEXW but does not change Eve’s eVTOL development path or common-stock listing. For the broader business story, it is a known administrative negative for the warrants and largely immaterial to EVEX itself.
