RenovoRx, Inc. (RNXT) · Nov 5, 2026 · Earnings
In line — Revenue $1.07M vs ~$1.06M consensus; EPS -$0.08 vs ~-$0.07 consensus
RenovoRx earnings show accelerating RenovoCath adoption and a narrow revenue beat, while operating losses remain heavy and guidance stays unchanged.
RenovoRx is moving from clinical development toward early commercial scaling: RenovoCath is being adopted by cancer centers while the company builds evidence for its broader TAMP drug-delivery platform and waits for Phase III TIGeR-PaC data. Its prior quarter already showed record revenue, 21 active centers, and raised 2026 revenue guidance to $3.75 million–$4.25 million.
Commercial execution remains the strongest part of the quarter. Revenue reached $1.07 million, up roughly 17% sequentially and nearly 300% year over year, while active commercial centers rose from 21 to 26 and the funnel expanded beyond 65 centers. The revenue result was only marginally above the published consensus of about $1.06 million, so the surprise is not the number itself; it is the continued evidence that post-trial commercial conversions and repeat ordering are beginning to translate into recurring demand.

| Operating loss (Income Statement) | $3.24M | $3.20M | |
| EPS, diluted (Income Statement) | $(0.08) | $(0.08) | ~$(0.07) consensus |

The commercial ramp is still expensive and has not yet improved operating leverage. Selling, general and administrative expense rose to approximately $2.9 million from $1.7 million as RenovoRx funded its sales infrastructure, leaving the operating loss essentially unchanged despite the revenue increase. That explains the slight EPS miss against a roughly seven-cent loss expectation and keeps the business dependent on continued center activation rather than current profitability.
The broader platform story advanced, but remains evidence-in-progress. The first commercial sarcoma use and the launch of the small PRISM-TAMP investigator-led study extend TAMP beyond locally advanced pancreatic cancer, while the fully enrolled TIGeR-PaC trial remains the major validation event. These developments broaden the potential use case, but they do not yet establish efficacy or regulatory approval for the investigational drug-device combination. 〔0〕
Funding improved the near-term runway, but the cash increase was not generated by operations. Cash rose to $10.4 million after $3.5 million from warrant exercises offset operating cash use, and management says resources should fund operations into the second half of 2027. That supports execution through the next major clinical milestone, although warrant exercises also add to the share base and do not change the underlying loss profile.
Bottom line: This was an operationally encouraging quarter, not a major earnings surprise: revenue was essentially in line with expectations, adoption continued to broaden, and guidance held. The business story edges forward, but rising commercial costs and the still-unproven clinical platform keep the overall change modest.
