Guidance raised — FY26 adjusted EBITDA $428–438M vs $425–435M; adjusted EPS $3.58–3.79 vs $3.52–3.73
Enovis earnings show solid organic growth and stronger margins, prompting higher 2026 EBITDA and EPS guidance despite a weak Prevention & Recovery segment.
Enovis is in the middle of a medical-technology repositioning: integrating the Lima acquisition, leaning into faster-growing reconstructive products, and building a surgical-robotics platform around ARVIS and the planned eCential Robotics acquisition. The eCential deal is expected to close by year-end 2026 and is intended to broaden Enovis’ enabling-technology portfolio.
The quarter itself was broadly on plan, not a major upside surprise. Management said growth was “consistent with our expectations for the quarter.” Reported sales rose only 1.8%, but organic growth was 4.6%, with Reconstructive up 6.3% organically while Prevention & Recovery grew 3.0% organically. The reported result was held back by divestitures, especially in P&R. 〔0〕
| Metric | Q3 2026 | Q3 2025 | Prior FY26 guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Net sales (Financial Statements) | $558.7M (+1.8%) | $548.9M | |
| Organic sales growth (Segment results) | 4.6% | ||
| Adjusted EPS (Adjusted Net Income) | $0.88 | $0.75 | |
| Adjusted EBITDA (Adjusted EBITDA reconciliation) | $103.5M (+9.2%) | $94.8M | |
| FY26 revenue guidance (Outlook) | $2.32–2.35B | $2.31–2.37B | |
| FY26 adjusted EBITDA guidance (Outlook) | $428–438M | $425–435M | |
| FY26 adjusted EPS guidance (Outlook) | $3.58–3.79 | $3.52–3.73 |
The important change is the raised profit outlook. Revenue guidance was narrowed rather than materially lifted, with the midpoint moving only slightly from $2.34 billion to $2.335 billion and organic growth now centered at 5%. But adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EPS guidance both moved higher, implying that cost control, mix and operating execution are running ahead of the prior plan. 〔1〕 〔2〕
Reconstructive is carrying the growth story while P&R remains uneven. Reconstructive sales grew 6% on both reported and organic bases in the quarter, while P&R declined 2% reported despite 3% organic growth. That mix supports the company’s strategy, but it also means the headline growth rate remains less impressive than the underlying performance and leaves execution dependent on the stronger Recon franchise.
The new buyback authorization is supportive but not an immediate capital return. The board replaced the existing $100 million authorization with a new authorization of up to $200 million, but the filing makes clear that timing and amount depend on management’s discretion. With only $13.0 million of cash and roughly $1.26 billion of long-term debt at quarter-end, this is optionality rather than a committed near-term use of cash. 〔3〕
Bottom line: This was an in-line operating quarter with a modestly better profit outlook. The raised EBITDA and EPS guidance strengthens Enovis’ execution story, but the underlying business still depends on Recon momentum to offset uneven Prevention & Recovery performance and the costs of its robotics expansion.
eCential Robotics closing expected by year-end 2026
