Listing extension — Deadline extended to April 19, 2027; $1.00 bid price required for 10 consecutive business days
Citius Oncology receives a Nasdaq listing extension through April 2027, giving its LYMPHIR launch more time but leaving the $1 bid-price test unresolved.
Citius Oncology is in the early commercial launch of LYMPHIR, its FDA-approved cancer treatment, with revenue and institutional adoption beginning to build: the company reported $7.1 million in nine-month fiscal 2026 revenue and orders from 44 institutions. The filing gives that launch more operating runway, not a business breakthrough. Nasdaq extended the deadline to regain compliance with its $1.00 minimum bid-price rule through April 19, 2027.
The immediate delisting risk is deferred, but the underlying problem is unchanged. CTOR must still close at or above $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days, and the company says it is only evaluating options for regaining compliance. This is therefore a timing benefit rather than evidence that commercial momentum has solved the listing issue.
The extension is partly new but not a clean surprise. The company had already disclosed its bid-price deficiency and the possibility of a second compliance period; the new information is Nasdaq’s formal six-month window. The notice has no immediate effect on CTOR’s listing, which continues on the Nasdaq Capital Market. 〔0〕
Bottom line: CTOR avoids an immediate delisting escalation and gains time for LYMPHIR execution or a corporate action to lift the share price. But the filing does not remove the listing risk or show that compliance is close; it mainly postpones the decision point to April 19, 2027.
